  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged or defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will either replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.

6. Refund Process

  • If a refund is not approved due to the condition of the returned item, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
